Export compliance, sanctions screening, end-use restrictions, operational-security obligations, and international trade requirements relating to Raksham Labs products, firmware, software, technical data, embedded systems, and related services.

  • radio-frequency restrictions;
  • dual-use technology controls.

Raksham Labs products may be subject to:

  • Indian export regulations;
  • destination-country import restrictions;
  • sanctions controls;
  • customs requirements;
  • banking-compliance review;
  • operational-security review;
  • international trade limitations.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether:

  • import licences;
  • telecom approvals;
  • aviation approvals;
  • customs authorisations;
  • local certifications;
  • deployment approvals;
  • regulatory registrations

are required before import, deployment, integration, transfer, resale, redistribution, or operational use.

Submission of an order does not guarantee:

  • export approval;
  • shipment eligibility;
  • customs clearance;
  • import approval;
  • operational approval;
  • banking approval;
  • payment-processing approval;
  • regulatory acceptance.

Customers should not rely solely on Raksham Labs for determining:

  • export eligibility;
  • deployment legality;
  • regulatory permissibility;
  • import legality;
  • operational compliance.

Any export-classification references, technical categorisations, or regulatory statements provided by Raksham Labs are informational only and do not constitute legal classification guarantees.

Export regulations, sanctions programs, customs requirements, operational-security obligations, banking controls, and regulatory requirements may change without notice.

4. Restricted destinations and sanctioned jurisdictions

Raksham Labs reserves the right to:

  • refuse;
  • restrict;
  • suspend;
  • review;
  • delay;
  • cancel

transactions involving:

  • sanctioned jurisdictions;
  • embargoed territories;
  • denied parties;
  • blocked organisations;
  • export-restricted entities;
  • operationally sensitive destinations;
  • elevated-risk jurisdictions;
  • high-risk compliance scenarios;
  • national-security concerns.

Products may not be exported, re-exported, transferred, supplied, redirected, redistributed, retransferred, or made available in violation of applicable export-control laws or sanctions programs.

Customers may not:

  • circumvent export restrictions;
  • evade sanctions controls;
  • bypass compliance procedures;
  • conceal destination information;
  • obscure end-use activity;
  • engage in unlawful export diversion.

Products may not be redirected, concealed, retransferred, or diverted contrary to applicable export-control law.

5. Prohibited end-use restrictions

Customers may not use Raksham Labs products, firmware, software, APIs, technical information, operational documentation, embedded systems, or related technologies for:

  • unlawful surveillance;
  • unlawful interception;
  • cybercrime;
  • privacy violations;
  • prohibited military activity;
  • unlawful weapons development;
  • prohibited nuclear-related activity;
  • biological or chemical weapons activity;
  • sanctions evasion;
  • unlawful intelligence gathering;
  • illegal telecommunications activity;
  • prohibited cybersecurity activity;
  • unlawful export diversion.

Products may not be deployed in violation of:

  • aviation regulations;
  • telecom laws;
  • cybersecurity laws;
  • privacy laws;
  • export regulations;
  • operational-security requirements;
  • national-security restrictions.

Nothing in this Policy constitutes representation that Raksham Labs products are approved for:

  • military procurement;
  • defence deployment;
  • regulated government programs;
  • aviation-certified deployment;
  • regulated-security infrastructure

unless expressly stated in writing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, products are not represented as:

  • military-certified;
  • aviation-certified;
  • safety-critical certified;
  • telecom-certified in all jurisdictions;
  • approved for regulated operational deployment.

Products may not be used for unlawful surveillance, interception, monitoring, or violation of applicable privacy laws.

Customers assume responsibility for operational deployment decisions and operational-risk assessment.

6. Resale, transfer, and anti-diversion restrictions

Products may not be:

  • resold;
  • transferred;
  • exported;
  • re-exported;
  • redistributed;
  • retransferred;
  • redirected;
  • supplied

to:

  • sanctioned persons;
  • denied parties;
  • prohibited organisations;
  • embargoed jurisdictions;
  • restricted end users.

Customers remain responsible for downstream compliance where products are redistributed, integrated, transferred, resold, or deployed through third parties.

7. Export screening and compliance review

Raksham Labs may screen:

  • transactions;
  • customers;
  • organisations;
  • shipment requests;
  • payment activity;
  • operational indicators;
  • jurisdictions

for:

  • export-control compliance;
  • sanctions restrictions;
  • anti-fraud verification;
  • operational-security concerns;
  • cybersecurity risk;
  • customs compliance;
  • regulatory obligations.

Compliance review may involve:

  • automated systems;
  • algorithmic review;
  • AI-assisted screening;
  • sanctions databases;
  • fraud-detection systems;
  • identity-verification providers;
  • customs-verification tools.

Transactions may be monitored for:

  • unusual activity;
  • suspicious activity;
  • elevated-risk behaviour;
  • operational-security concerns;
  • compliance-sensitive activity.

Raksham Labs may internally classify transactions according to:

Customers should notify Raksham Labs of material changes relating to:

Compliance review may continue after shipment where required by:

  • law;
  • sanctions obligations;
  • operational policy;
  • regulatory requirements.

Raksham Labs is not obligated to complete compliance review within any fixed timeframe.

Compliance decisions may be based on:

  • operational judgment;
  • risk assessment;
  • sanctions concerns;
  • fraud-prevention controls;
  • operational-security considerations;
  • regulatory obligations.

Raksham Labs reserves the right to decline transactions without disclosing:

  • compliance-review methodology;

  • fraud-detection systems;
  • internal risk-classification criteria;
  • reasons for compliance-related decisions.

Internal compliance methodologies, operational-security systems, and sanctions-screening procedures remain confidential.

Raksham Labs may investigate suspected compliance violations, operational misuse, export irregularities, or prohibited activity. Suspicious or potentially unlawful activity may be reported where legally required.

8. Customs, import, and regulatory responsibility

Customers are the importer of record for international shipments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers remain responsible for:

  • aviation approvals;
  • local certifications;
  • operational permits;
  • destination-country compliance obligations.

Raksham Labs does not guarantee:

  • customs clearance;
  • import approval;
  • shipment approval;
  • operational legality;
  • regulatory acceptance.

Products may be subject to additional restrictions in:

  • government procurement programs;
  • regulated-security deployments;
  • operationally sensitive sectors;
  • national-security environments.

Certain transactions may depend on third-party:

  • carrier approval;
  • customs approval;
  • banking approval;
  • payment-provider approval;
  • sanctions review;
  • regulatory processing.

Transactions may also be restricted by:

Technical assistance and operational guidance may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

Raksham Labs does not guarantee continuous availability of:

  • products;
  • firmware;
  • APIs;
  • software systems;
  • technical services;
  • operational support.

10. Operational security and lawful use

Raksham Labs products are intended solely for lawful, authorised, compliant, and operationally responsible use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are not used for:

  • unlawful surveillance;
  • unauthorised monitoring;
  • unlawful interception;
  • prohibited intelligence activity;
  • cyber abuse;
  • unlawful remote operation;
  • privacy violations;
  • sanctions evasion.

Raksham Labs does not authorise, endorse, facilitate, or support unlawful operational use.

11. Compliance cooperation and customer representations

Customers may be required to provide:

  • identification information;
  • end-user declarations;
  • end-use statements;
  • import documentation;
  • business verification;
  • operational information;
  • regulatory details

to support shipment processing or compliance review.

Failure to provide requested information may result in:

  • shipment delay;
  • export refusal;

By placing an order or accessing Raksham Labs products, customers represent that:

  • they are not prohibited from receiving products under applicable law;

Customers should maintain appropriate compliance records where required by applicable law.

12. Recordkeeping and cooperation with authorities

Raksham Labs may retain:

  • shipment information;
  • sanctions-screening data;
  • verification records;
  • operational documentation;
  • regulatory information

as required under applicable law or operational policy.

Compliance-related information may be processed across jurisdictions where operationally necessary.

14. Limitation of liability

Raksham Labs shall not be liable for:

  • customs seizure;
  • export denial;
  • sanctions enforcement;
  • shipment refusal;
  • customs detention;
  • governmental restriction;
  • regulatory action;
  • licensing refusal;
  • banking restrictions;
  • payment-processing restrictions;
  • compliance-related operational losses.

15. No waiver, severability, and survival

Failure by Raksham Labs to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not constitute waiver of any rights or provisions.

If any provision of this Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
