01Board dimensions#
The PCB is a 40 mm square with a top-side patch antenna ground plane and a USB-C / JST SH connector edge. Dimensions are in millimetres. Use the antenna centre, not the connector edge, as the reference when planning ground-plane keep-outs above the board.
02Drawing#
| Length | 40.0 mm |
| Width | 40.0 mm |
| Overall height | 16.27 mm |
| Antenna pad width | 20.6 mm |
| Antenna offset (top edge) | 10.7 mm |
| Antenna offset (left edge) | 10.36 mm |
| Header offset (bottom edge) | 8.7 mm |
| Connector | 6-pin JST SH 1.0 mm + USB-C |
03Placement reference#
Keep the patch antenna centre, not the board centre, as the mechanical reference when stacking the module under a canopy or carbon plate. The antenna needs an unobstructed sky view; metal carriers, plates, or cables routed directly above the patch will degrade the cold start and reduce satellite count.
