u-center configuration
USB-C configuration flow and bench bring-up checks before saving receiver settings.

01Connection flow#
Connect USB-C to a PC running u-center. The module appears as a serial device. Start at the current UART baud rate, inspect receiver status, then configure output protocol, baud rate, update rate, constellations, SBAS, and PPS settings.
02Recommended bring-up checks#
- Confirm the module reports valid time.
- Confirm the receiver sees satellites on L1 and L5.
- Confirm NMEA or UBX output appears at the expected baud rate.
- Confirm the PPS LED behavior matches the configured time-pulse output.
- Save stable configuration to non-volatile memory only after bench validation.
03Save policy#
Avoid saving experimental configurations to non-volatile memory until the module has passed a full bench test. Keep a known-good profile for field recovery.
